“This Plymouth guest house has a personal touch; it's been family-run since 1949, a detail that stands out. I think it's a smart pick for travelers who want to bring their pets along. Its location near Plymouth Hoe means you can easily explore the waterfront.”

decent stay NEAR the city center

helpful owner free parking window mold worn linen
the owner was quite informative. the location worked well for exploring. there was free parking outside with a blue badge, SUCH a bonus. tea, coffee, biscuits, and porridge were all free and replenished.
it was not very CLEAN. there was mold around windows. the room was quite dusty. also, the beds and linen were very worn.

a mixed bag, i suppose

bathroom door poor maintenance
the location was definitely convenient. it got me where i needed to go.
The room needed some serious tlc. the bathroom door was practically falling off, and i saw cracks all over the place. the whole place just felt worn out. It clearly hadn't seen any real maintenance in ages, sadly.
